Managing Partner

Matthew Earl is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Coventry Capital, where he leads the firm’s investment strategy, acquisitions, asset management, and platform development.

Matthew brings more than a decade of experience investing in and operating multifamily real estate, with direct involvement in over 5,300 apartment units and $680M in transactions across the Northeast, Midwest, and Southeast. His experience spans value-add acquisitions, ground-up development, refinancings, and complex recapitalizations, executed with institutional and family office capital partners across multiple market cycles.

Prior to co-founding Coventry, Matthew served as Chief Operating Officer of a vertically integrated real estate investment and development firm, where he was responsible for acquisitions, asset management, investor relations, financing, and operational strategy across a national multifamily portfolio.

Matthew holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Arizona and resides in Coconut Grove, FL.

Managing Partner

Adam Triglia is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Coventry Capital, where he oversees the firm's strategic initiatives and operations, including investment strategy, acquisitions, capital raising, and portfolio execution.

Adam brings deep expertise in complex deal structuring and financing, with a track record of business plan execution across the full deal cycle. His experience spans both the sponsorship and LP investment, structuring co-investment in over 1,000 units and $400M of new development, and thousands more on the acquisition side.

Before Coventry, Adam held Managing Director and Principal roles spanning a national multifamily investment and development platform and a real estate private equity firm, where he sat on the investment committee and helped structure the firm’s joint venture investments.

Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a four-year member of the varsity football team. He is a board member of the Michael G. Bertolino Memorial Scholarship and resides in Essex County, NJ with his wife and two children.

Sal Campisi is a Partner at Coventry Capital, where he focuses on sourcing and underwriting new acquisitions and supporting asset management and business plan execution across the firm’s portfolio.

Sal brings hands-on experience across acquisitions, underwriting, construction oversight, and operational management. He began his career in his family’s contracting and real estate investment business, where he gained early exposure to construction management, property operations, and the fundamentals of evaluating and improving real estate assets.

Sal also co-founded and helped scale a consumer products company into major markets across the United States, leading operations, sales strategy, capital raising, and national retail expansion - experience in building operational infrastructure that he applies directly to Coventry’s portfolio.

Sal holds a BS in Accounting from Penn State University and resides on Long Island with his wife.
