Coventry Capital is a multifamily real estate investment firm founded by operators. Our principals have transacted more than 5,300 units and $680M+ across the Northeast, Midwest and Southeast - spanning value-add acquisitions, ground-up development, refinancings, and complex recapitalizations.

Today, Coventry’s acquisition strategy is anchored in the Midwest, centered on Ohio and surrounding region. We target well-located multifamily communities where disciplined underwriting, targeted capital investment, and hands-on asset management can unlock durable income and long-term value.

We operate what we own. From underwriting through disposition, the same principals who commit to a business plan are accountable for executing it.
